Arm wrestling a drum machine / funny, eh?
Vacuuming the piano keys / funny, eh?
A guy walks into a bar and then sits down and drinks a beer
He fiddles with the coaster and he starts to disappear
I don't hear any laughter
I don't hear any laughter
Just a dull, unending chatter
Playing a show in an empty hall / funny, eh?
Diarrhea in a tuba bell / funny, eh?
The bartender is talking to a woman with blonde hair
In walks a Ukrainian and no one seems to care
But I don't hear any laughter
I don't hear any laughter
Just a dull, unending chatter
There's no laughter
This album was my happy escape from when the COVID pandemic was in full swing and everyone was locked down. everything in the world was so bleek and grim at that time and this album came along and really brightend up the day. Rek760

I appreciate the musicality and the arrangement and the artistry of the songs. He sings and plays like his life depends on it. I appreciate the humanity of the lyrics… Like reading Tortilla Flats, or watching Nobody’s Fool.
