I bought a bike with three speeds but you know all I got was two
I never made it to the top of the charts but I'm happy here with you / I'm happy here with you
My loving comes in two speeds / oh you know it goes fast and slow
But I'm saving it up for you in the morning and that's all you need to know / It's all you need to know
I can't always make it up a steep, steep hill and when I see another guy I swerve
But I can peddle it hard and grip the handlebars when I meet you downtown after work
So let's put some grease on our chains and go ahead / I will follow you
No we ain't got much in this shitty world but honey, two speeds will do
Two speeds will do / two speeds will do
This album was my happy escape from when the COVID pandemic was in full swing and everyone was locked down. everything in the world was so bleek and grim at that time and this album came along and really brightend up the day. Rek760
Sometimes you come across an artist that is compelled to do what they do.
I appreciate the musicality and the arrangement and the artistry of the songs. He sings and plays like his life depends on it. I appreciate the humanity of the lyrics… Like reading Tortilla Flats, or watching Nobody’s Fool.
Ceschi is a bright star. I’m glad he’s loose in the world. oldtruck
